1. They are still very old school when it comes to business practices and they need to be able to fill the gap in order to be successful in this digital age 

2. They need to let technology be a good thing and not seem like the most overwhelming thing in the world. 

3. They need to rediscover themselves outside of the safe zone (their 9-5) and know that with confidence they can make those business dreams happen again. 

4. They need reassurance that even though you are a full time mother with extreme financial responsibility, you can launch the business of your dreams even if it is part time.
