Hello Loves,
At least 3-4 times a month, I will try to make something new in my kitchen, even if it's the simplest thing. Today I wanted to make my family something that I have never made before, Garlic Seasoned Potato Wedges.
Now of course, no meal is just made up of Potatoes. The meal included some well seasoned and deep fried Pork Chops and a nice side salad.
The focus of the meal of course was the Potato.
So here is a little recipe to make on a warm Summer Day, to enjoy over with a movie or just a good Family Dinner!!!
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Ingredients
- (3-4) Russet Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Other Seasonings
Take 3 Russet Potatoes and cut them into halves. Take the halves and cut them into halves, making the potatoes the desired size. I did the halves method 4 times to get my desired width.
In a bowl large enough to hold the potatoes, place your Olive Oil, Garlic, and other seasonings (I used Lemon Pepper, Garlic and Onion Seasoning, Season Salt & Pepper) in the bowl and mix with a fork.
Place the potatoes and mix it all together.
Take a large oven sheet and line it with Parchment Paper and place the potatoes on the paper. Place it in the over on the top or middle rack and bake for about 25-30 minutes keeping a eye on it every 10 minutes. You want to make sure that you can stick a fork through it and that they are golden brown.
Serve with ketchup and enjoy!!!
